Cookie Policy

⚠ This document is not final. The company registration details it relies on have not been filled in yet, so it is excluded from search engines and must not be relied upon.
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Similar technologies — local storage, tracking pixels — do much the same thing, and this policy covers all of them.
Albanian law does not have a statute dedicated to cookies. It does not need one: Law no. 124/2024 “On Personal Data Protection” treats online identifiers, including cookies, as personal data. So anything beyond what is strictly necessary requires your consent before it is set.
Your choice
What we set without asking
One thing only, and it is not a cookie. Your consent choice is kept in your browser’s local storage under the key 4cs-consent. It never leaves your device and is only read to decide whether to load anything else. Without it we would have to ask you on every page.
What we set only if you accept
Until you press Accept, none of the following is loaded and no request is made to Google or Meta.
| Set by | Purpose | Typical retention |
|---|---|---|
| Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics | Measures how visitors find and move through the site, so we can tell which pages work | Up to 2 years |
Meta Pixel (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrive from an advert) | Measures advertising performance and records when an enquiry is submitted | Up to 3 months |
Both providers are established in the United States, so accepting involves an international transfer of data. Our Privacy Policy explains the safeguards.
Changing your mind
Use the control above at any time — withdrawing is exactly as easy as accepting, as the law requires. Withdrawal reloads the page so that any scripts already running are removed. Withdrawing does not undo processing that happened while consent was active.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers can refuse third-party cookies entirely. Doing so will not stop this site working — nothing here depends on tracking.
